Payment Terms & 50% Deposit Policy
Strict Agency PolicyA 50% advance deposit is strictly required before any architectural planning, UI sprint, or development work begins on any client project.
This is an uncompromising agency policy with zero exceptions. RenZoify operates on high-velocity dedicated engineering sprints — senior engineers, architects, and designers are reserved exclusively for your project once this advance payment is confirmed.
The remaining 50% balance is invoiced upon project milestone completion, staging verification, and prior to final source code handover or production server deployment.
Interactive Demo & Visual Previews
Pre-Kickoff AlignmentTo give you absolute certainty regarding our visual caliber and technical direction, we can provide a limited interactive demo, wireframe walk-through, or UI aesthetic preview prior to formal advance deposit.
An interactive demo is a proof of concept designed to confirm mutual alignment on design style, UX flows, and core technology stack. It does not represent the production application and does not include backend integrations, source code distribution, or production hosting.
Full engineering cycles, database schemas, API integrations, and continuous delivery setups commence strictly following contract signing and deposit receipt.
Cancellation & Non-Refundable Allocation
Resource ProtectionAdvance deposits are strictly non-refundable once an agreement is confirmed and engineering sprint capacity has been allocated.
Because our agency assigns top-tier software engineers, system architects, and design directors immediately upon deposit confirmation, that capacity is reserved and unavailable for other commercial client projects.
We urge all clients to thoroughly review our project roadmap, technical specification document, and milestone timeline during our discovery sessions before dispatching payment.
Project Scope Additions & Change Requests
Change GovernanceWe understand digital products evolve rapidly. Any new features, architecture changes, or substantial UI revamps requested outside the agreed Project Scope Document will be handled via our transparent Change Order process.
Your regional technical lead will provide an itemized scope amendment outlining the exact engineering hours, timeline impact, and cost delta. Work on scope modifications begins only upon mutual written sign-off.
Sprint Communication & Regional Account Lead
Dedicated SLAEvery active client is assigned a dedicated Regional Technical Lead matching your primary timezone (North America, UK/Europe, or APAC/Middle East).
All milestone check-ins, sprint reviews, and deployment approvals occur via your preferred channel — including private Slack/Teams channels, bi-weekly async video demos, and weekly status calls.

Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership
Your IPUpon settlement of the final milestone balance, 100% of intellectual property, design assets, database schemas, and codebase rights transfer irrevocably to you.
RenZoify does not lock you into proprietary hosting wrappers or restrictive licensing. All source code is pushed to your private GitHub/GitLab repositories with full documentation and deployment scripts.
